Pain and Exercise and Parts

July 31, 2008

I have an internal conversation with my pain part about doing some exercise in the past two weeks. Generally I consider it uncomfortable to exercise. I have joined a number of gyms in the past 10 years and after a few months I just don’t go. The part of me that is concerned about my fitness and weight gets over powered by a group of parts including the pain part, the embarrassed part, the lethargic part, the part that tells me I have too much to do, and the part that tells me it is inconvenient. I do love to swim but to get to a good swimming pool would take a 20 minute walk, time to change, wait for a lane, and a 20 minute walk back as well as membership in in Gym. Can you hear all the parts talking to me.

When I was in Phoenix in November 2007, my nephew Brian and niece Michielle had purchased the Wii system and I was fascinated that you could play virtual tennis or other sports. Generally I don’t endorse products(especially ones that I don’t make) in my blog. In March they came out with an exercise board called Wii Fit and it was impossible to purchase one. I looked all over on line and in local stores including Best Buy. Finally I purchased one a week ago in Game Stop. I didn’t realize that you had to purchase the base system which is expensive…how dumb of me.

I purchased the base system a week ago and last Saturday I set it up(quite an achievement). It is
just wonderful. You use your television, the base system, the board on the floor and a controller in your hand. My intention is to exercise for 30 minutes every day(except when I am traveling) and to become fit and perhaps lose some weight.

The reason I could do this was because I had a conversation with my parts. I told the part that didn’t want to go to the gym that I agreed with him. Here was an answer that is so convenient that he didn’t have to be concerned. I told the embarrassed part that I would be exercising in our own home. And I told the part that has been very critical about my fitness and over weight that I need him on my team for now and that he could be very critical if I missed a day. I need his criticism or the concern about his criticism as a motivating force to continue.

I just completed my third day and I am looking forward to tomorrow.

Anxiety and Pain

July 28, 2008

What I have found in working with people for many years is that we all have anxiety. Anxiety can be a trigger to pain. When we look at the anxiety and pain parts very often they are like first cousins holding hands. As soon as we feel anxious about something it triggers the pain part and voila we have a pain in the lower back or shoulder.

My intention is to begin an newsletter or perhaps a second blog about anxiety. Have you ever experienced performance anxiety? Anxiety over test taking, over a speech, over going to the airport, about intimacy? Performance anxiety can also lead to pain.

One of the methods I have used to lower anxiety is using the Tibetan and Crystal bowls. When I feel any type of anxiety, I play the bowls and send the vibrations to the part of me that is feeling anxious. Usually for me its in the solar plexis

I would be very interested in how you handle anxiety and what tools you have and whether you
use them.

Vision 2003-Tibetan Bowl

July 25, 2008

It was in 2003 that my wife wanted to go to a street fair in Park Avenue South in NYC. I generally do not like street fairs because they are always the same, I can’t tolerate the food, and the same things are being sold at all of them. BUT my wife likes them and its good exercise walking ten blocks each way and I am her buddy on these excursions.

This time there was a booth that looked like they had products from India or Tibet. I didn’t know anything about them at the time. There was a woman in her 20’s who was showing a potential customer how to play the Tibetan Bowl. I listened to the sound and was drawn to it. I “patiently” waited my turn and put the bowl in my hand.

A vision opened for me, I felt the vibrations, heard the sound and KNEW by intutition and more importantly by vision that the BOWL would be an important tool in my work. I didn’t know that the bowls upen up the mind/body connection but that is how they work. That day was the second turning point that occured in 2003 for me. The first one was in May 2003 when I had a vision, a transformation, and the start of a new life and mission.

Finding the BOWL was the first tool on the journey of showing other people how to do the work. Learning how to use the bowl, experience the vibrations, share the vibrations and properties with others opens up the mind/body connection and enhances one’s life.

I understand it can sound far-fetched to believe vibrations or bowls can change someone’s life. Christine Martin, MCC is a well know coach, has served on the Global Board, and was the Chair of the Credentials Committee. I worked with her and she writes:

I had considerable pain and stiffness that moved around to the fingers of both hands. It concerned me greatly that it would progress. Skeptical at first, I began working with Ira and the Tibetan bowls. Amazingly and without any other explanation, for a year now my fingers have been free from stiffness and pain. I am also experiencing a new level of overall well being.”

Pain and Anxiety

July 23, 2008

I have been writing up my experiences about working with pain. And pain is a very large topic and could fuel volumes of books. I plan on continuing to work with people in pain, coach them, show them my system and open the doorway between the mind and body by using vibrations that come from the Tibetan and Crystal bowls.

And I am going to make a departure. Within the next month I will be starting a second blog; www.releaseanxiety.com  I have seen so many people who have pain but it the result of untreated or unrecognized anxiety.  Anxiety is a crippler; it leaders people to put on a mast of self-confidence and push away the anxious part.  I know from this part as I had it when I was in my twenties. The wonderful thing is that usin the Tibetan Bowls or Crystal Bowls with the method I will describe in the new website can take away anxiety in a “green” environment for most people.

Taking away pain in Minneapolis

July 15, 2008

I went to Minneapolis to attend the ADDA Conference. Irene Kelly invited me to meet
with a group of coaches and others to give them an experience showing them how the bowls
work and how pain can be removed. The experience went very well and one of the participants
asked if she could see me privately. We worked together for two hours. She had pain in both
knees, numbness in her leg, pain in her head, and overall dizziness because of a car accident.

We started with her knees and leg and took alway the pain. Then we worked on her eyes and neck and the pain was removed. Finally I placed my hands on the opposite sides of her head and attempted to calm the waves down. Afterward, I walked her to the car and she said she felt lighter and more steady. My experience was feeling the vibrations and heat in my hands, third eye, and face.

People ask if I am drained by the experience. The answer is that the experience waves me up and puts me in a combination of alpha and beta state. I am very awake and at the same time feeling the joy of life and of assisting another out of a pain state.

Later that weekend I had two balance sessions at the ADDA conference. Two people had arthritus in their hands and by the end of the sessions that pain was totally gone. One of the persons, a woman in her late seventies, had been in pain for years and wanted to know how long the pain would leave.

I told her it depended on whether she could accept a non linear experience.

Have anyof my readers have had such an experience in healing?

Back Pain: Part 2 with the Laser

July 10, 2008

The Next day Emily continued to have back pain. There are times when an incident or part of a person will trigger pain and that was the case with Emily. There was something she need to let go of or the trigger would keep giving her pain.

This time the pain had moved to the upper left back. I used the laser first with the red light. In addition I sent the white light from my third eye at the same time. Sending red and white light is a wonderful remedy for physical pain.

Emily reported that after I had used the red beam from the Zero Point Global light she immediately felt better. Afterward I put my hands near the pain spot, felt the heat and vibrations building and sent them to her. She had a dramatic reduction in pain.

Lesson: Its relatively easy to reduce pain AND a person must deal with the triggers and parts that produce the pain. Pain relief coming in the form of a pill or remedy or even alternative healing is not enough.

I am interested in your experiences about back pain and how you go about getting rid of it.

Back Pain: The gift and the Laser: Part 1

July 9, 2008

There are many remedies for back pain. Mostly if you go to a doctor or on the internet there are muscle relaxants and other pills that are designed to lessen the pain. There are other alternative methods including massage therapy, heat and cold packs, chiropractors and other alternative ways.

I am writing about the gift and the laser. I worked on a person named Emily for the past two days. She said she got up from sleep and could hardly get out of her bed. Her back was in pain and she didn’t know where the pain was coming from. The first treatment identified the pain as lower back. Emily stood up and I went behind her, said a prayer, exhaled the breath of life, lifted my hands and sent the white light from my third eye and began the work. Immediately my hands felt warm, I could see the white light, and my cheeks became warm. Whenever I get a body reaction like warm cheeks I know the gift is moving through my body. I asked Emily what she felt. She replied “that I feel the heat and I am feeling lighter”. In about five minutes the pain went from about an 8 to 2 1/2 which is quite significant.

And I did something different with Emily. Generally I only treat the place where the pain is. And I had a guiding vision that in working with mind/body that the mind also needed to be treated. I asked her to sit down and put my hands near her head and my intentioin was that whatever was triggering her back ache be removed from her mind.

The next day we also did different king of work on the back and included the laser. I will write about that in the next post.

I would love to get your responses to this type of work.

Energy Bump with Laser

July 9, 2008

The Zero Point Laster can be used to induce an energy bump just as caffine can.

You can find the laser at http://www.emdrandmixedmultitude.com/products-2.html which is another website I have where products can be purchased. These products will be available on this website shortly. They are also available on http://idressner.zeropointglobal.com/ and there is a video available on www.youtube.com describing the laser and the pendant. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tj8Njsq7Nr0

One of the people who work for me described herself as sleepy and as we have no air conditioning I totally understand why.

I asked her whether she wanted an energy bump. I showed her the laser and shined the blue light and the red light on my hand to show her there was no negative effect. She agreed.

I put the blue laster light on C3. You find C3 on the following website - click here.

C3 is on the left side of the head about 2″ from the middle. First have the intention that your energy level can be bumped up by the laster. Put on the blue light at c3 for about 15 to 20 seconds. See how you feel. Then use the red light for 15-20 second, see how you feel and finally use the blue light.

The effect will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete. One can feel lite up, energy bumped up and overall better for a number of hours. If you are still tired after the energy bump then get some sleep. You don’t need a spiritual coach to advise you to sleep.

Pain Relief Products: Part II

July 8, 2008

Pain Relief Products: Part 2

Please click above to see the second part of a video on Pain Relief Products.

In the last video I wrote about the pendant. I show the two types of lights available with the laser.

I have a concern that all food in restaurants may be at some level toxic. I use the blue light to eliminate bacteria and fungus. I use the red light to restore the life force and clear the food of pesticides and contaminates.

The red light also takes away or reduces pain. When I was in Amsterdam and Geneva recently, I had an attack of Gout. Gout is an excess of uric acid and I went to the tourist doctor in Amsterdam and received some medication. If it were not for the red light of the laser I would have been in such
extra-ordinary pain I probably would not have been able to walk.

The video also shows my secret ambition. I would like to use the gift on a large afternoon television talk show and take away pain from millions of viewers. I would like to invite my team of practioners in the bowl and who have the gift or nearly have the gift to join me.

Perhaps one of my readers knows of how to make this happen?

I would be interested in your remarks.

At the European Coaching Conference I attempted to explain what spiritual coaching was at a table for lunch. Most of the people did not understand because they were using the left side of their brain and they looked at it logically. One has to drop sequential reasoning to move over 500 in Hawkens scale of power vs force and tune into love and above. Those who are accessed in the 400’s in the stage of reason will never understand the gift or non-sequential reasoning and acting.
